During the week as business owners we get asked a lot of questions, most are usually the same question over and over again. Wouldn't it be great to just have somewhere on your website to send someone who asks?
Take notes during the week of common questions your clients are asking you, save them somewhere. This will help you organize the top questions and set up a system to answer the most common questions your customers are asking.
Running your business take a lot of time and it's hard to get everything done, especially your online tasks. Don't stress about the tasks, schedule them! Schedule a day every week to take 15-30 minutes to answer your customers common question.
Use blog posts, YouTube videos, Facebook lives and Instagram stories to go out and answer the question of the week. We take one question a day and post it on our links
, if you don't have time for that then schedule it for once a week or every other week.
Now that you have the common question, scheduled to answer it in your calendar and posted on your website it's time to send it. Remember all the people that have asked that question and personal send them an email with the link. Go on social media and share the link everywhere and most importantly direct people there next time they ask.
We recommend posting it as a blog post with a video included with the full explanation. You can use social media to share shorter answers with the goal for your clients to visit your website to see the rest.
Now it's time for you to start, go to the image above and print off the guide so you can use it on a daily and weekly basis. Each day we'll be posting our guides in our coaching area to help you with systems and processes. Why use a framework ? This will give you a schedule and guide to follow so you never forget to continue growing your online business.
